The SD-card may be used on any compatible GPS, which is convenient if you have more than one GPS, or if you plan to upgrade your GPS in the future. Functionality: Roads, topography, and some points-of-interest are features of the Caribbean map, but the map is not autorouting. That is, you will be able to see your location relative to map features, but routing will not be constrained to roads and you will not get turn-by-turn directions. Your routing will be "as the crow flies." You may enter destinations by entering coordinates, selecting a point-of-interest, or by browsing the map, but you will not be able to enter an address.
