- Massaponax, VA 10/11/2002 - Man killed at Exxon gas station, US 1 and Market Street.
- Falls Church, VA 10/14/2002 - Woman killed at Home Depot, Arlington Blvd and Patrick Henry Drive.
- Ashland, VA 10/19/2002 - Man wounded at Ponderosa Steak House, SR 54 & I-95
- Aspen Hills, VA 10/22/2002 - Man killed 14100 block of Grand Pre Road
