| System Requirements | No computer is necessary. Plug-and-play SD-memory card are convenient and easy to use. Just insert the card and your GPS automatically load the maps. | You must be able to connect your computer to your GPS and copy/paste the downloaded file to the Garmin folder. |
| License | These maps are NOT locked to your GPS, they are locked to the card. They may be used on any compatible GPS. This is convenient if you have more than one GPS, or if you plan to upgrade your GPS in the future. The disadvantage is that the maps can not be used on your computer with programs like Garmin MapSource.
