Tarpon Grande!

Charlotte County’s incredible diversity of fishing is hooking anglers from around the world. In Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico beyond, the waters are teeming with tarpon, barracuda, cobia, grouper and redfish.  And there's plenty of competition for these trophy fish.  In July there's the Boca Grande Tarpon Tournament, known as the "world’s richest"  and most internationally acclaimed competition of its kind!
