Thanks! Installation went smoothly and it's ready to be used now. We will be traveling through africa next Easter in 2012 and this helped us one step further for preparing our trip.

What a great experience! I have owned a Garmin Nuvi 370 for a few years now. It was bought because it was programmed both for North America and Europe.
We are going to Costa Rica for the 3rd time this month. 1st time we thought we'd be OK w/o GPS, 2nd time we knew we needed one so we rented it with our car to see how they worked.
After a rental, we came to the conclusion that we would be just fine with our own programs and that is when I contacted Doug.
Well the rest is a wonderful experience. I was nervous with the download onto a memory card, but he made the experience seamless and very successful. He put up with my MANY questions and EMAILS and made sure that this would turn out to be a memorable -in a good way- experience.
I CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND Doug's product and service.

If you are looking around for a place to buy maps for your GPS this is it. Beyond having the map you want the support Doug gives you it beyond your expectations. My GPS died a few days before my trip and Doug followed up with me MANY times to make sure I had the correct map for my new unit. We used your GPS maps while in the Guanacaste region, doing a lot of off-roading and touring the countryside. The maps were very accurate. We could not have found our way around without them. Fantastic!

Doug, I just want to thank you for all of your help during our trip to Costa Rica. I was so happy when you answered my email as I was in a complete panic. I had placed the micro SD card incorrectly into the Garmin Nuvi 1390 when we arrived at the airport and could not get it out. We had to rely on written directions to get to our hotel which had us lost for quite a while. Once we finally arrived and I purchased tweezers I was able to remove the card but I had forgotten which way I had put it in and was afraid I would put it in the wrong way again. When you answered me you made me feel so much better. I thought we were going to be trapped in our room for a week. You saved our trip. It goes to show that your customer service is outstanding!! I recommend your products to everyone and anyone who wants a reliable map and phenomenal customer service.

Doug, Just returned from my trip to Costa Rica, driving around with the guidance of the map chip installed in my Garmin Nuvi. Some of the roads there are terrible ! And there are only a few street signs or highway numbers posted. Could not have survived without the GPS with Costa Rica chip. MORE than worth the money. I was just back to CR for a couple of weeks and this product performed perfectly. Allows you to explore, knowing you can get to your destination. Found gas and lodging easily. A product from a different company on a previous trip was a disaster. This was perfect.

Just got back from Costa Rica where we spent 6 weeks travelling all over the country from Liberia in the North to Golfito in the South, and from Samara in the West to Cahuita in the East. The GPS map I bought from you for my Nuvi operated outstandingly. It was especially helpful going through the Central Valley cities of Alajuela, San Jose, and Cartago. "Zoe" (as we call the map voice) kept us informed every step of the way. In San Jose she said things like "Approaching a roundabout, take the second exit". From that we were able to get in the correct lane, observe the traffic and not even bother to look for road signs or a paper map. Probably saved my marriage!! Thanks for a great product.

great product,exstensive maps ,shows most tramping tracks in NZ
If only I had discovered the "screen shot" function while on holiday this post would have been quite different! I loved Brent's topographical information, seeing that the land was quite hilly, or that there were in fact vineyards nearby.
There were a few problems - such as the suburbs of central Auckland being required entry as cities when finding an address, and the additional display of a "phantom" parallel road in many stretches of highway though this did not affect navigation.
In comparison with the Garmin maps, I did like the additional information on cost/mileage of the trip that is displayed in Brent's map, and the speed limit display in Garmin. Most other information is quite similar.
All in all, the Brent's map of NZ is informative and very good for vehicular travel and would be excellent for hikes. I would use it again when traveling in New Zealand.

Hello Doug - I wanted to let you know that despite some trepidation purchasing the GPS Map for Panama it worked like a charm. I think i mentioned that everytime we have been there we got hopelessly lost - what should be a 4 hour drive was always well over 6 hours - first time there was 8 hours and near divorce poceedings!!! This time your Garmin GPS software took us directly from Tocumen Airport, through the city, over the Bridge of Americas and onto our destination on the Azuero Peninsula - no problems, no missed turns, no stress - love it. Only problem was on the backroads of the Azuero Peninsula but this was understandable as it has only had a road there for about 10 years - hard to get lost when there is only one way in and out. Thanks again - if anyone wants my input on the value of this purchase i will willingly endorse the map - awesome. Thanks, Allen
Hi Doug: Purchased a map of Pamana last month. Installed on a SD card. Worked great in my Garmin 1690. I Purchased another Garmin 2460.
Doug is the best, great service and help. I told him how much problems i had using old maps version. he checked all the routs i told him about on new version, making sure that it is working, he also compared maps from 3 different companies to let me know which one is the best. Great job Doug!!! Thank you very, very much. Will definitely recommend the site.
I have purchased the Panama GPS Street Map from Doug and have to say that it has been an absolute lifesaver. I just would not be able to drive here in Panama without it. With his map in my Garmin, I have no problem finding my way around Panama City, which is normally, no easy feat. Doug's help in the purchasing and installing of the software to my Garmin unit was fantastic. Thanks Doug for your great software and help.

Hi Doug, We travelled last winter throughout Panama City and west on the Pacific side toward Costa Rica. Your Panama GPS software worked perfectly in our Garmin and was a huge difference-maker for us to travel safely and always get where we wanted to. Panama is an interesting city to drive in (to say the least!) with all the traffic and one way streets. The detail in the program was very unexpected and it took us to even the most obscure places properly. We ended up treating the GPS at the same security level as our passports.
We are looking forward to our next trip there and your program in my Garmin will be the first thing we pack.
